Conditions:
The indicated prices are per person per day for a stay of 7 days.
Prices shown attract a local tax of € 2,30 per person (aged 14 years and over) per night, payable on departure.
Prices include bed linen, bath towels, kitchen towels and final cleaning.
For stays longer than 7 days linen is changed weekly.Smoking in the apartments is not allowed.
Animals are not accepted.
The reservation of the apartment is valid only on receipt of a deposit and the subsequent confirmation from us.
Check-in: is possible after 3 p.m.
Check-out: the release of the apartment on the departure day is kindly requested within 9.30 a.m.
It is possible to get fresh bread and milk every day.

Cancellation conditions:
Our cancellation policy follows the current terms and conditions of the hotel industry (AGBH 2006)
These are as follows:
More than 3 months before arrival date: no cancellation fee (80% deposit will be reimboursed)
3 to 1 month before arrival date: 40% of the total amount of the booking will be charged.
1 month to 1 week before arrival date: 70% of the total amount of the booking will be charged
Last week before arrival date: 90 % of the total amoung of the booking will be charged

In case of late arrivals or/and early departurse or/and beds reserved and not occupied, the total price as booked will be charged.
